Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment must be made every 4 weeks. All sessions must be used during a 4-week period. 

  • All drop-in fees must be paid before participating in any class

  • Payments for any package deal must be paid before participation

  • One make-up session will be allowed for package membership holders only

  • A 2-day grace period will be given to members with a package plan. After the 3rd day, a late fee will be charge in the amount of $50 unless notified 15 days in advance. 

  • NO refund will be given after payment has been made unless it is a medical emergency (unrelated to John Island Boxing) and is documented by a physician.

  • NO refund will be given 24 hours after purchase of a gift certificate
